OUR FIRM

Welcome to the Greto Law website.  With offices in Media, Pennsylvania, and Wilmington, Delaware, the attorneys at Greto Law represent various individuals and businesses in the tri-state area of Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and Delaware.  Greto Law’s representation extends to the areas surrounding Philadelphia and Wilmington, including but not limited to, Delaware, Chester, and Philadelphia counties in Pennsylvania, and New Castle, Kent, and Sussex counties in the State of Delaware.

Greto Law does not advertise.  Most clients are referred by other clients or other attorneys.  When Greto Law receives a client from a referring attorney, the client is immediately referred back to the referring attorney at the end of the case.  Mr. Greto and his staff keep in touch with the referring attorney and provide a status report at the end of the case so that the referring attorney is fully apprised of the client's legal situation.

Since 1997, Mr. Greto has represented various individuals, businesses, and unions in complicated civil and criminal cases. He is a member of the American, Pennsylvania, State of Delaware, and Delaware County Bar Associations, and is active in the Association of Trial Lawyers of America, the Pennsylvania Trial Lawyers Association, and the Delaware Trial Lawyers Association. He is also a member of both the Delaware County and State of Delaware Associations of Criminal Defense Lawyers.

 

Mr. Greto was awarded a Bachelor of Science in Commerce and Engineering from Drexel University in 1990, and a Juris Doctor from the Delaware Law School of Widener University in 1997.  This unique blend of technology and law enables him to better serve his clients.

 

Mr. Greto has vast experience in civil litigation/representation.  His current caseload in Pennsylvania and Delaware includes personal injury, workers’ compensation, breach of contract, creditor’s rights, corporate/small business, estates and probate, and real estate.  Mr. Greto serves as counsel for various small businesses in the tri-state area, and was the Assistant Solicitor for Aston Township.  He also served as Solicitor for Felton Hose & Chemical Company and Chester Township Volunteer Fireman’s Relief Association.    

 

Mr. Greto has vast experience in the area of criminal law.  He has served as an Assistant Public Defender representing criminal defendants in all stages of criminal proceedings.  He frequently represents individuals involved in serious criminal cases concerning drugs, weapons, sexual assault, kidnapping, and murder. He represents individuals who are under investigation by state or federal agencies such as the FBI, IRS, and banking authorities. He also represents potential targets, subjects, and witnesses before Grand Juries. Mr. Greto handles all aspects of criminal cases including investigations, grand juries, preliminary hearings, trials, negotiated non-trial dispositions, sentencing, and appeals.

 

Mr. Greto has been an active member of the Delaware County Justinian Society since 2006, and has been serving as the Chancellor of the Delaware County Justinian Society since 2012.  The Delaware County Justinian Society is an association of lawyers and judges of Italian-American heritage dedicated to promoting Italian-American culture.  It is also one of the members of the Coalition of Italian-American Organizations of Delaware County (“CIAO Delco”), actively involved in the Delaware County Italian-American Festival held annually in Rose Tree Park.  The Delaware County Justinian Society assists young law students and lawyers of Italian-American heritage entering the legal profession by providing them financial assistance, mentoring, and support in law school through their growth and development in the practice of law.

David S. Daniel, Esquire
 

David S. Daniel has been admitted to the bars of PA and NJ since 1999 after graduating in the top ten percent of his class at Widener University School of Law.  Mr. Daniel completed his undergraduate degree while working as a UPS driver on Times Square, and applies the same determination required to deliver packages in NYC to each client’s case.  Mr. Daniel has a general practice specializing in estate administration, real estate, family law and civil litigation.  

 

Mr. Daniel has successfully represented numerous clients in by working with them to achieve their goals and understands each client’s matter requires individual attention not a cookie cutter approach. Mr. Daniel is a trial team leader at the Delaware County Public Defender’s Office and has extensive trial experience including numerous felony acquittals.  Mr. Daniel believes the practice of law is a privilege that requires giving back to the community.  With that tenet in mind, he has served as editor of the Delaware County Legal Journal and as a part of the Law Day Committee where he runs an annual program that presents a program at area high schools. 

 

Outside the office, Mr. Daniel is proud to serve as Vice-Chairman of the Upper Providence Township Zoning Hearing Board and most weekends enjoys cooking Sunday dinner for his family and friends.
